Everyone is battling over gay marriage, but I think we should be questioning why marriage is a legal institution at all. Why have the government involved in your love life at all? How did we manage to allow the government to get involved in who we fuck!! Orwell had it backwards, big brother isn’t watching us…we are watching big brother as it dances and pounds our senses with shit that truely does not matter. We are trying to change rules that we never should have been playing by to begin with. Instead of changing the rules so they are equal, i say we throw them out all together.
If you want tax breaks become an inc. No one has ever said “Baby I love you so much, let’s get the government involved” but that’s what we are doing. Everyone gay or straight, should work to get the goverment out of our personal lives.
